Clarks Beach, Auckland

Clarks Beach is my home. I am so grateful to live in such a beautiful place. This is a shot from one of my evening strolls on the beach. The sky was the most awesome tone of pink, with a hint of blue in the distance.

Clarks Beach is on the edge of the Manukau Harbour, not far from Auckland City. The harbour is pretty massive, but mostly free of large boats because of the narrow entrance, and the fact that it is pretty shallow. The harbour is very peaceful with plenty of wildlife in and around it. Occasionally orca whales even come in to visit us.
